Sarah prides herself on delivering a personal and all-round approach to her farming and estate clients.  She gets her wellies on and sits with you and your family to discuss what you are trying to achieve.

Her legal specialism lies in all aspects of rural property including the buying and selling of farms, estate management and diversification projects.  She can also help you with the preparation of farming partnership agreements and advising on agricultural occupation.

Sarah has a particular interest in strategic succession planning for rural businesses and regularly works with accountants and land agents to “blue sky” think future proofing for generational farms.

One of Sarah’s passions is developing the skills and confidence in others, in an area that she loves.   Sarah is a regular trainer for MBL Seminars and delivers technical legal training for law firms and professional advisers via in-house sessions or on a 1-2-1 basis.  As well as legal training Sarah and Mercedes together run external and in-house training on a range of subjects including Next Generation and leadership training which has proven successful with junior lawyers and those moving into promotional roles within their firm.
